The Three Chalice
Philosophy

The Three Chalices of Peace

Filling Chalice: Is how we rest, recover, and energize ourselves to refill our peace for daily tasks.

Draining Chalice: Represents the daily stressors that empty our peace as we move about the world.

Broken Chalice: Is symbolic of Loss & Trauma that break our ability to hold peace, and require time and recovery before we can hold peace again.

Alex has lived many lives within a life, and has lived experience with Anxiety, Stress, PTSD from both personal and professional past.

His focus is now on a peaceful life, helping others live peacefully.
