The "Three Chalices of Peace" is a philosophy based on the study of inner peace and stress management in our daily lives.
If the only perspectives we have are from like minded peers and of course our own it is easy to get stuck in patterns or behavioral cages.
This philosophy offers an alternative approach to stress management.


First Session: Nine Dimensional Assessment
Establish Current Barriers
The first session is completely free. (45 minutes)
You will be introduced to your first concept called "Nine Dimensional Thinking". We will use this concept to identify the category or dimension of life where your stress is impacting you the most.
Think of this as an opportunity to be heard.
There is never a diagnosis, only options for managing stress. Referrals may be offered if PTSD, Anxiety, Depression are possible.
Following Sessions: Trinity of Change
Identify / Plan / Act
Following sessions are also completely free. (45 minutes)
Here you will begin establish the base for the change you wish to occur in your life, or to overcome the stress you are experiencing.
This concept is an iterative staple, giving you the Courage to look to the future, the Wisdom to plan using experience from the past, and the Power to act in the present, in a balanced manner.
This process is client focused, your life, your journey.
